Excellent stay. The hotel is well located (few minutes from the riverbank) and close to a lot of restaurants , shops , supermarkets. The staff is lovely and the rooms is cosy , clean and it has all what is needed. I would stay there again

Great hotel in a nice location. We brought our luggage in advance, because we had an overnight stay in Bako National Park. That was no problem at all. We also immediately asked for a quiet room and the receptionist immediately arranged that for us. When we returned from Bako the next day, everything was well arranged at check-in. Top service!!
The staff was friendly and quick with all kinds of things. Clearly shown the way to an ATM.
A recommendation for a stay definitely worth it.
